Please note that due to the handmade nature of our bows, each piece is unique. Slight variations in pattern placement, color tone, or fabric cut may occur depending on the style and design. These small differences are part of what makes our products special. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for minor variations between the product received and the images shown on our website.

Items on sale or customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for 'wear and tear' due to usage. Our products are handmade and therefore delicate. If they are not treated as such, or are worn frequently, signs of wear may appear over time. 

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us using the contact form. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
