What should I do if an item is defective or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

What is your turnaround time?

Our current processing time is 5–10 business days, though we often ship orders sooner. This is in addition to shipping time. If you need your order by a specific date or for a special occasion, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, such as new collection launches or sales. For wholesale orders, processing times may also vary. In these cases, we recommend contacting us directly so we can better meet your needs.

We typically ship orders via Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Delivery times are estimates only, and once your order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we offer international shipping to select destinations. Please reach out through the Contact Us page and let’s sort it out together!

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
